We offer a wide variety of exercise and fitness classes ranging from cycle training to Brazilian kick boxing. We offer peronalized training and consultation as well.

We have an in-house cafe, Concrete and Curves, that serves a coffee, snacks, and lunch all day. We also have fee Wi-Fi internet, it's fast!

We have several membership plans to choose from and offer discounts for one-time year and two year membersips.

If you are a member, you can see an online selection of classes and sign up for them, track your account, make payments, and other things online.
